Assistant Stage Managers: Grace Granger, Sydnie Rogers
About
Cast Size: 28 People
Crew Size: 20 People
Production Team: 24 people
To date, this is the largest production I have ever stage-managed. Although this was produced at a university, we operated under typical AEA guidelines and had a director who was not affiliated with the school. It was performed at McCrary Theatre which holds 575 seats. In addition to a large number of cues, there were 3 fly rail operators and 2 spot operators.

About
Cast Size: 32 People
Crew Size: 7 People
Production Team: 26
One thing that stood out in this production was collaboration. The team for this show was very large, and coordinating everyone's schedules was uniquely challenging due to our busy production schedule. We also had a large team of incredible dramaturgs that brought so much to the rehearsal rooms. We rehearsed this show in three weeks during our January semester, had a 9-day performance hiatus in the middle of the performance run. I feel as though I benefited greatly from running a pick-up rehearsal after so much time had passed. In addition, we followed guidelines from Theatrical Intimacy Education to ensure the safety of our cast members throughout the entire production process.

About
Cast Size: 16 People (With U/S)
Crew Size: 3 People
In this role as the sub-stage manager, I took over the show when there were 5 performances remaining. This was the first time I took over responsibilities having not been there for the beginning of the process. I believe I gained a lot of value in my calling abilities through this experience.

Weapon's Handler: Tara Patterson
Stage Manager: Jaclyn Kantor
Assistant Stage Managers: Katie Gordon, Tamir Eplan-Frankel
I felt that working as a Weapon's Handler for a production like this was very insightful for my stage management endeavors. The paperwork I created in this roll felt very similar to my work as an Assistant Stage Manager. My duties included keeping anything that appeared like a weapon in my possession, in a locked cabinet, or in the hand of the on-stage actor at all times. I also ensured the safety of a prop gun before each use.
